Reading = We will be reflecting on our reading this year. We will also look to the summer and set goals for keeping up with reading for 5th grade.
Writing = This week, we will be working on our Memory Books at Team Meyer. We will also write letters to the future 4th graders and think about what advice we would give them.
Math = We watched some of our final projects on Friday and gave feedback. They turned out amazing! This week we will watch the last few presentations as well as use our feedback to enhance our projects. Lastly, we are going to play our review math games from this year and get some extra coding time in.
PBL: Ecosystems= Thank you to everyone who came! We loved having you there! This week, we are going to wrap up our learning and reflect on the event itself.

Reading = Please send in final library books. Also, the book fair is this week so if your child would like a new book for the summer please send money in this week.
Writing = We are going to be wrapping up our PBL website writing this week for our event on Thursday.
Math = We are working in our Expert Groups for our final projects. The students are choosing their topics based on their iReady data and what they feel confident about to teach someone else. The final products will be in activities, 3 Act lessons, and flipped videos.
PBL: Ecosystems= Our culminating event is this Thursday in the morning. All are welcome to attend. As we prepare, we are putting our final touches on our dioramas, videos, and signage for the event.

Reading = This week we will be taking our iReady testing for Springfield. This is the assessment we take at the beginning, middle, and end of the year. We will also be turning in all library books to the library. At the end of the week we will be exploring through Time for Kids.
Writing = We will continue combining our writing and PBL exploration. This looks like journal in the field and our outdoor classroom. We will also be reflecting through our online journal which is our Google classroom site. Lastly, we are going to be working on the end of the year writing prompt.
Math = Thank you for your support through MAP testing for Math last week. we will take our end of the year iReady testing this week for math. Also, we are going to create flipped lessons of our own based on areas we feel confident in from this year.
PBL: Ecosystems= We will be finishing up or dioramas this week (prairie, forest, or pond). If you have any items you would still like to donate to the class please send those in. Also, we will be wrapping up our Problem groups to get ready for our culminating event.
